RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you want to return an item for a refund please email me on lhughes2112@sky.com with your contact details and order details letting me know why you are returning your item no longer than 14 days after the date on which you received your item.You will then be sent a returns address and details on how to proceed.
Please return your item in good condition, ideally in its original packaging within 14 working days from the date you received the product. Make sure you use insured methods of despatch and obtain proof of posting, as I can't accept liability for returned goods being lost in transit
Please note that commissioned/bespoke items cannot be cancelled once ordered and paid for in full and refunds are not offered for completed commissioned/bespoke items.

All UK delivery costs are included, unless stated other wise (e.g. for furniture and larger items)
A flat rate delivery charge is available for international delivery, But an extra delivery charge will be added to your order for furniture and larger items.
When ordering an item please make sure all of your details are correct!
All items can be delivered within 2 - 5 working days. Other items such as commissioned/bespoke items may require longer, so please bear this in mind if you are ordering a gift for a specific date. All delivery times are estimated and postal services are not always as reliable as we'd like them to be. At times of public holidays (e.g. Christmas, Easter, Bank Holidays) delivery may take a little longer.
